My boyfriend and I bought our first condo with Kevin and it was a great experience for us. Kevin always showed he cared and made sure all of our questions were answered during every step of the process. He got us signed up on the MLS right away and we worked with his loan officer out of Beverly Bank. They were also extremely knowledgeable and responsive and made for a smooth transaction. Kevin would let us know what to look out for during open houses and would point out things like poor plumbing, additional tests (i.e. radon) that he recommended if we were going to consider a home, etc. He definitely knows his stuff and was very patient with us as it was our first time looking for a home.
